Christmas 2017 no skype again we are so disappointed  I wanted to send you a parcel but was accused of bribing you to smile when I bought you anything ! This is so unnecessary we love you and want to show you this , you have been told things about us that is simply not true and being 1000 miles from You is impossible to show you the truth  One day my sweetheart you will question why the parcels stopped, why we don’t visit anymore ! I know in my heart you have fond memories of our holidays together no one can take that away ❤️ one day we will see each other  We are waiting for the courts to decide the outcome so maybe soon my beautiful Emilia  Merry Christmas 🎄❤️

Twice a month we can Skype you , the judge gave us this privilege , we wait eagerly but we never see you only a blank wall and a bed , we call out your name , we even ask you questions but you are nowhere to be seen or heard. One day Emilia you will know how hard we have tried to get in touch with you. We love you so much, everyday we live in hope that you will see us. We will continue to fight in court 

With no skypes and no contact we were left worried and panicking, that's when we had to do something constructive, we hired a Barrister in Poland and he helped us take this case to court, we have travelled three times giving our side of the case, we briefly met you at a child psychologist office where you looked pale and scared, you refused to give us a cuddle you would only shake hands. After all the fun times we have had together something had changed you looked so sad it broke our hearts . Your daddy was given access to you for August 2017 he and his wife Magdalena came to Poland as arranged but you was not home on the days of access. Your dad posted cards to show you he had been to visit you but he decided to call again the following day he rang the buzzer and your sister answered saying hello your dad said I've come to visit Emilia but he was sent away by your mam. We will continue to fight in court until we can see you and make our relationship as it was three yea...

After years of amazing holidays with Emilia Izabela Moakes from 2010 to 2015 it all came to a sudden halt. Your daddy was getting married in November 2016 and you was to come to the uk for the wedding. You was excited to be a flower girl and come to Wales to visit family who haven't seen you since you went to live in Poland. We don't get any Skypes now , we don't understand the drastic change in attitude, we have never had a cross word with you, we adore you and just want you to be happy. we miss you so much and will keep fighting in the Polish courts one day you will realise we are not the bad people that you think we are, we have only ever loved and cherished you. We have always been so proud of you, at the age of 6 years you were starting school. this  was a big milestone in your life and starting to learn English ......... we were so excited when you skyped us to show us your Handwriting , you had such perfect control, every word neatly written.   You had a spelling test and was worried about it but look at the results 5/5 excellent Emilia you were already a clever girl at the age of 6.                                                                    perfect handwriting                                                                                   ...

Year after year we came to Poland just to spend special time with you, we had amazing holidays lots of fun and laughter,  we felt that because we was only seeing you at holiday times we started to skype you.....this was funny because your sister  Nikola was always trying to push you out of the way but you always got in front of the camera. Anything you wanted was always given, we over compensated for not being with you ..........Bikes, Scooter, laptop, clothing, school books, your Daddy Andrew,Dziadek Ian and myself Babcia Sue  made sure you was provided for, and every month your daddy would send money to your mother for you.  Skyping was such fun you would sing to us and tell us all the new English words you had learnt in School.

6th February 2008 Emilia Izabela Moakes was born at PCH Merthyr Tydfil weighing 3.6kg This day was an amazing day for our family, my sons first child and our first grandchild, we cried tears of joy as you were held in your fathers arms, a perfect little girl to love and cherish, we had been blessed with a healthy beautiful baby girl. This blog will show Emilia how much we love her and how we fought in court to keep you living in Wales. February 2010 Hotel Zamek Otmuchow Dziadek Ian with Emilia May 14th 2009 was a devastating time for us , your Daddy Andrew,  Dziadek Ian and myself Babcia Sue,  you had gone to live in Poland with your mother , we fought in court for you to stay in Wales where you were born.  We couldn't imagine you not in our lives.  We saved hard and booked flights as soon as we could. We came to visit you in February 2010 a week after your birthday We stayed in a Castle Hotel called Zamek, it had been snowing, but that didn't stop us, we took you for walks around Otmuchow and watched you play in our hotel room, there was no soft play areas for us to take you to but just seeing you was amazing , you had grown so much ... our camera worked overtime and we had made our first memories of our holidays together.  Saying goodbye was hard we cried many tears but with the hope of visiting soon kept us strong .  ❤️❤️ TESKNIMY ZA TOBA ❤️❤️
